How Our Two Sub-Networks Work Together

19 Connected Hubs • 11 Countries • 3 Joint Working Groups

Shared Samples & Cohorts

Immunological samples and curated S. pyogenes strains from school and household studies in London, The Gambia, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Brazil.

Shared Discovery Platforms

Cross-network access to high-density slides, phage libraries, systems serology, and epitope mapping.

Cross-Model Testing

Comparing natural immune findings from children and adults with responses in tonsil organoids, HLA-humanised models, human challenge models (), and candidate vaccines.

Correlates of Protection

Combining antibody and cellular datasets across all 19 hubs to identify safe, broadly protective vaccine antigens without autoimmune cross-reactivity.

A collaborative international effort to understand immunity to Streptococcus pyogenes.
